Terms of Operations
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Green Legacy Enterprise regarding your use of the Gvardian Vault fortress.
1. Description of Service
Gvardian Vault provides a secure, encrypted digital vault for the storage of sensitive data, documents, and digital legacy information. Our service utilizes Zero-Knowledge encryption, meaning that your data is encrypted locally on your device before being uploaded to our servers.
2. User Accounts and Security
Maintaining the confidentiality of your Master Password and Recovery Keys.
Responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
Ensuring your email identity remains accurate and accessible.
3. The "Zero-Knowledge" Clause
Critical Disclaimer: Gvardian Vault cannot reset your Master Password.
Irretrievability
Because your data is encrypted with a key derived from your Master Password, we have no technical means to recover your data if you lose your credentials.
Permanent Data Loss
You acknowledge and agree that loss of your Master Password and Recovery Keys will result in the permanent and irreversible loss of all data stored in your vault.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Green Legacy Enterprise shall not be liable for any loss of data, even if such loss results from a system failure, unauthorized access, or account compromise. We do not monitor user content and are not responsible for its legality or accuracy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be settled in the courts located in Dallas, Texas.
